"The Demons Beneath" is my first from an author I've never heard of and so glad I had the opportunity to read it, it's a fantastic read!!.
D.I Daniel Graves is investigating a series of murders that may or may not be the work of a serial killer when he's called to investigate another death which might involve something supernatural.
He's in partnership with D.I Charlie Palmer, the rapport they have is sublime and really added to the story. We're also fed details about Charlie's past which adds to the story perfectly. The ending was totally unexpected which left me open-mouthed, literally!!.
A fast-moving thriller with edge-of-your-seat situations. The writing was excellent, I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it.
I believe the series is been re-released with different covers, can't wait for the next book.
Many thanks to the bloodhound ARC Facebook Group for the opportunity to review it.
